Inside Sales / Marketing Coordinator

National Chemical Laboratories, Inc. (NCL), makers of World Class Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions for the Industrial / Institutional marketplace, is seeking an individual to join our team as an Inside Sales / Marketing Coordinator. Successful candidate will : Interface with company management, outside sales team and NCL Marketing personnelCoordinate and initiate outreach programs to NCL Customers and end-user prospectsCoordinate trade shows in which the company participates, as well as on-site training functions held at our Philadelphia, PA Training CenterHandle reporting and processing of sales related documents for the outside sales teamManage web inquiries with the outside sales teamHandle various administrative tasks required by NCL Sales and Marketing DepartmentsDesired qualifications for the position should include the following attributes : Education - Preferred bachelor's degree in business / marketing from an accredited universityMinimum 5 years' experience working in inside sales and / or marketing in the Philadelphia, PA region Demonstrate a high level of organizational skill and be able to handle several tasks concurrently.A high level of competence using Microsoft 365 Suite, especially in PowerPoint and ExcelProficiency in communicating with internal staff, outside sales force and NCL Distributor and End-User customersBe adept at working with a cloud-based CRM programNCL offers an outstanding compensation package, competitive salary and benefits to include medical, dental, vision and prescription, paid vacations, and a 401K with company matching.Submit your resume with salary requirements in strict confidence to NCL Human Resources athr@.
