We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales & Marketing Support professional to assist our sales team and enhance our marketing efforts.
Job Summary
The Inside Sales & Marketing Support role is a dynamic position responsible for assisting the sales team with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, customer-focused, and tech-savvy, with a strong ability to multitask and support both sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation efforts.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, qualifying leads and directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Prepare and present customer proposals and quotations.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate customer data and sales tracking.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and support the sales pipeline.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital marketing efforts.
- Help create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and blog content.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles with relevant content.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics).
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Experience in technical industries is a plus.
