Job Title : Site Lead
Reports To : Site Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
School Operations : Possess knowledge of school operations / procedures and establish The Movement Enrichment Program as a resource for students, families, and school personnel.
Skill Application : Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, initiative, and follow-through.
Communication : Maintain constant communication with the Site Support Specialist and team members.
Student Support : Evaluate student goals, manage advanced placement, credit recovery, online coursework, daily instruction, mentoring (Caseload Support), and other support as needed.
Task Delegation : Effectively delegate tasks to team members.
Event Participation : Participate in after-hours events, including senior activities and college planning.
Training and Updates : Train Peer Advisors and keep staff updated on new material.
Academic Advising : Provide academic advising in various subjects and assist with homework / classwork.
Initiative : Work on reports, data, goals, and promotion when no students are present.
Reporting : Submit weekly reports and track student interactions.
Site-Specific Duties : Fulfill site-specific job responsibilities.
Team Meetings : Attend team meetings and mandatory training sessions.
Responsiveness : Respond promptly to communications.
Reliability : Ensure reliable transportation, internet, and computer access.
Professional Conduct : Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Additional Duties : Perform other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements :
Math Proficiency : Strong skills in Geometry, Algebra I & II are a plus.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mentoring Skills : Effective mentoring skills are a plus.
Teamwork : Ability to work effectively with others.
Academic Performance : Minimum GPA of 2.5.
Student Connection : Patience and ability to connect with students.
Passion for Impact : Passionate about helping underrepresented students.
Work Ethic : Ability to work independently and cooperatively, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Technology Proficiency : Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Platform.

Educational Requirements :
Experience : At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a related field.
Education : Degree holders or those working towards a degree preferred.
Physical Requirements :
Mobility : Frequently required to sit, lift, carry, move about, hear, and speak.
Computer Work : Extensive work at a computer display terminal.
Lifting : Occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 to 50 pounds.
Pay Range : $ 21.50-23.50 per hour, depending on experience.
