ABOUT CCO CERTIFICATION :
CCO Certification (CCO) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). NCCCO was formed in 1995 as a nonprofit organization with its mission to develop effective performance standards for safe load handling equipment operations to assist all segments of general industry and construction.
CCO, established in 2014, supports NCCCO’s mission by developing effective performance standards; providing fair, valid, and reliable assessments; acting as an industry resource; and being the leader in providing certifications for those who work in and around load handling equipment. CCO is headquartered in Murray, UT and maintains an office in Palm Harbor, FL.
POSITION SUMMARY :
CCO has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant position in our Murray, Utah office. This position will support the Quality Management Department. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to CCO’s Quality Management Coordinator and receive daily job assignments within the Quality Management Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide administrative support to the Quality Management Department
- Enter and maintain records in CRM
- Generate / export reports of completed training programs and earned credentials
- Generate / email Testing Personnel status letters
- Maintain inventory of workshop / team office supplies
- Track and log received payments
- Create UPS labels and maintain shipping log
- Provide administrative support to the Training and Curriculum Program
- Maintain schedule of zoom virtual webinar classes
- Assist attendees with webinar registration and zoom access
- Enter and track webinar attendance
- Provide service support to the Administration and Analytics Program
- Prepare and provide Testing Personnel coaching communications as directed by Manager
- Process Rigger Kit reports through CRM & FileMaker
- Print and mail Testing Personnel credentials
- Provide service support to the Testing Personnel Credentialing Program
- Generate / compile workshop materials for attendees
- Process post-workshop materials
- Scan and file workshop documents
- Assist in preparing and hosting quarterly / annual auditor meetings / trainings
- Other job-related duties as assigned
