Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the delivery of archiving projects projects from initiation through to completion.
- Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements for the new system.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and issues within the project and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
