ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are enjoying excellent growth and need to add an Accounts Receivable/Collection Specialist (B-2-B) position in our Farmingdale, NY Distribution Center.
As our Accounts Receivable/Collection Specialist, you will collaborate with our Sales Representatives and work to build solid relationships with our customers as you help them resolve discrepancies. In this position, you will conduct detailed research into discrepancies and maintain up-to-date information on customers and your collection efforts. You will provide regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections activities and outstanding balances for management review.
ABOUT YOU:
- 3 years of experience in B-2-B A/R Collections (required)
- 3 years of Customer Service experience (required)
- AA Degree preferred
- Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) - applications used in A/R (required)
- Willing to have a background check
- Willing to work on-site (Monday – Friday)
