About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Appraisal Review Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Appraisal Department, you will provide critical support to the Chief Appraiser in managing appraisal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appraisal Analysis and Review
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and review of commercial real estate appraisal reports.
- Ensure compliance with FIRREA, USPAP, and NCB requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of appraisal methodologies and industry developments.
- Appraisal Ordering and Tracking
- Manage the ordering and tracking of appraisals and reviews.
- Coordinate with users to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Invoicing and Reporting
- Process invoices from appraisers and reviewers.
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders.
- Special Projects
- Assist the Chief Appraiser with periodic special reports and analyses.
