Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Clinical Sales Specialist. Territories include WA, OR, NV, and CA. The ideal candidate should reside in one of the states in the territory. This is a remote position.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and establish relationships with new and existing dental professionals and practices. Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings to present product offerings.

- Provides case consultation and planning services to customers via telephone or in the dental office.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of full arch dental solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Responsible for overseeing special or technically complex dental cases
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling full arch dental products.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales and quota expectations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and potential within the assigned territory to identify new business opportunities and assess the value of existing clients.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
- Trade Shows & Conventions: Participate in industry trade shows, conventions, and events to network with potential clients and promote our full arch dental solutions.
- Individually responsible for continued learning in-depth product knowledge, staying current with laboratory and industry product and technology updates.
- Responsible for educating both surgical and restorative drs on full arch workflows
- Prospecting and uncovering full arch opportunities
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- High level of oral and written communication skills to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet required deadlines of each and deliver results.

- High degree of familiarity with dental implants, All on X cases, and laboratory procedures, processes and terminology. In depth knowledge of Company products, services, industry practices and sales and marketing techniques.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
- Must be able to travel in this role, travel 60-75% of time.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED) is required.
- Minimum 5 years in outside sales role, dental field preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota in a matrix sales environment with sell point directly to end user as well as influencers.
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced training in dental technology with broad dental lab technical experience, including complex and combination cases.
- Valid driver’s license; maintain an acceptable driving record
- Professional outside/field sales experience preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
