Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Project Manager - Customer Experience. Remote position. Ideal candidate should be located in Palm Beach, Martin, or St. Lucie Counties, FL.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
- Managing cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion
- Developing and managing project schedule to ensure On-Time delivery of large scale projects
- Driving GAP analysis
- Delivering work content estimations
- Defining clear project objectives and team goals
- Directing the daily project related tasks for the team
- Managing customer project requirements, deployment, installation and system integration
- Developing project communication plans to key stakeholders and customer project status reports
- Actively manage project plans and deliverables
- Monitor project cost, delivery status, and budget to ensure ability to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain all necessary project records to assist in schedule preparation and/or special reports.
- Communicate project requirements, procedures, schedules and project revisions to project owner
- All other duties as assigned.
- Experience managing through influence
- Experience developing project specifications including budgets, schedules and resourcing plans
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite program
- Self-disciplined and Self-directed
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- High sense of urgency
- Strong ability to prioritize and focus on the critical few
- High level of personal organization
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Required: Bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 5 years’ experience with complex projects / opportunities
- All office equipment
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
