Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for low voltage system take-offs, pricing, RFIs, follow-up and management team document review. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to work effectively with management and ownership.
Duties
- Qualify prospective opportunities within our trade.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to contract specifications.
- Utilize software for project estimation and cost control measures.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.
- Use Bluebeam and other like systems for project documentation, including plans, revisions, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols on construction sites.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in low voltage electrical systems with a strong understanding of regulations.
- Experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and manage vendor relationships.
- Strong skills in cost control and budgeting for projects.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and other software for documentation purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
