Selections Coordinator
Overview: A Selections Coordinator is responsible for helping new home buyers choose flooring and wall tile for their future home. This position is also responsible for helping builders with selections for model and market homes. In addition, this position will assist with acquiring new business and provide support to Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule design meetings with New Home and Remodeling Clients.
- Contact clients prior to meeting to coordinate tastes (‘Likes’ and ‘Dislikes’).
- Pull selections for the clients home prior to meeting to speed the selection process along.
- Problem solve through design and product selection.
- Work closely with clients to design and make selections to complete the job.
- Complete data entry of all selections with accurate descriptions and photos for client and job site manager review.
- Answer any questions during the remodel or home building process regarding selections or changes to the best of your ability.
- Communicate with clients and project managers during the project installation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential construction preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to design a project from concept to completion.
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical Aspects
- Lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly and without assistance.
