Bilingual Driving Instructor- English/Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Provide driving instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans to effectively educate students on safe driving practices
- Conduct classroom sessions to cover traffic laws, rules, and regulations
- Teach students how to operate a vehicle and practice defensive driving techniques
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to help students improve their driving skills
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom and during driving lessons
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in a teaching or instructional role
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively engage and manage a group of students
- Knowledge of adult education principles and techniques for effective teaching
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information to students
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate student availability
