Role Description
This is a contract EMT Instructor Coordinator role based in the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The EMT Instructor Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and conducting EMT training sessions, developing curriculum, ensuring compliance with U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) standards, and mentoring new instructors.
Qualifications
- Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) knowledge
- Proficiency in Paramedic practices
- Experience with U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) standards
- Background in Medicine related to emergency care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in curriculum development and instructor training
- Certification as an EMT Instructor or equivalent
