Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour

- Customer oriented
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail
- General understanding of inventory
- Must have excellent communication skills
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual would be responsible for daily admin roles key to the daily operations of the branch.
- Answer phone calls
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Scan payments into customers’ accounts
- Process outgoing invoices/statements
- File AP invoices
- Assist with meetings (Food planning)
- Maintain schedule for conference room bookings
- Scan invoices to AP
- Open and stamp incoming mail
- Rental cycle billing
- Local runs to UPS, Post Office, etc.
- Additional tasks as needed to support the Accounting Department
