Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in Travel management and oversight. managing budgetary and technical information for an office OR BA / BS Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Communications or other degree
- Exceptional travel management and oversight skills, thorough knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations and automated travel data systems such as CONCUR, the ability to communicate orally, to deal tactfully
- and courteously with people at all levels of responsibility, the ability to communicate in writing to compose a variety of written material that clearly and effectively presents information, and the ability to coordinate with staff in other EPA programs.
- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, Adobe, Copying Machine, Scanner

Duties :
The incumbent serves as the Travel Coordinator / Liaison for OCHP. Under minimal supervision, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating with the Director and Team Leaders to organize, review and prepare all travel plans for the office. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining and tracking all travel-related matters, including but not limited to ensuring that travel authorizations and vouchers are processed according to travel regulations. The incumbent is also responsible for a variety of administrative and management functions for OCHP that require a high degree of insight into the Office's priorities, policies, and administrative procedures.
