The Data Operations Coordinator will support our Operations team with system updates and act as a liaison between our regional account management teams and finance. The position is 100% remote but may require in-person attendance for meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the accurate and timely updating of client database (including monthly renewals, addition of new clients / policies, team updates, contact updates, etc.)
- Ad hoc system reporting
- Responsible for completion of monthly / quarterly revenue analysis
- Analyze monthly variance reporting to ensure continued accuracy of data
- Maintain process workflows

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
