This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive club assessments related to operational standards, safety, and compliance. The Franchise Excellence Coach will partner with the Operations Field Teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop cohesive action plans.
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct regular audits/assessments to ensure consistency with NFP procedures, standards, compliance and member experience.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both members and team members.
- Engage with leadership to address areas of opportunity, offering guidance and support for improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate operational risk levels, providing insights to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with club leaders to reinforce brand standards and ensure consistency across all club locations.
- Partner with the Learning and Development Department to create and implement effective training materials that support operational excellence.
- Facilitate regularly scheduled CPR certification courses.
- Provide detailed follow-up and reporting related to Franchise Excellence assessments.
- Embody and promote the core values of National Fitness Partners (NFP) in all interactions, fostering a culture of excellence.
