We are currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly-expanding, well-established team. We have a tremendous advertising budget and steadily increasing demand for our services, an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, and top notch customer reviews.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and integral in helping to positively shape our customer experience. You will be responsible for making and receivng a high volume of customer telephone inquiries to promote the features & benefits of our products & services. Your job is to set our Field Sales Representatives up for success by delivering a qualified lead that is home and ready to buy!!
No cold calling. No customer lists. No lead-buying services. We only deal with HOT customer inquiries as a direct result of our advertising programs!!
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Engaging with prospective customers regarding their floor covering needs.
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
- Making outbound calls from internet generated leads.
- Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
- Use internal tools to document all costumer touch points and communications.
- Availability to work some nights and weekends.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
- Setting qualified appointments for our Field Sales Representatives.
- Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.
- Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Telephone Sales, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
- Technologically proficient,
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
