Job Purpose
Analyst of Business Compliance assists the team with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to analyze data. This role also requires the ability to identify patterns, predict future outcomes, and enable the business to make informed decisions based on anticipated trends and behaviors.
Key Accountabilities
- Data Analysis : Help prepare datasets from various sources to be used for predictive modeling.
- Model Building : Develop and implement statistical and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees, neural networks) to create predictive models.
- Model Evaluation : Assess the performance of predictive models using appropriate metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall) and refine models as needed.
- Data Visualization : Present complex data insights through clear visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Business Impact : Translate predictive insights into actionable recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making across different departments.
