What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Clerk position at National Grid?
Key Accountabilities
- Perform clerical work and related duties for any Operations Support Jurisdictional Department as assigned.
- Clerk will handle and process all internal customer requests by face-to-face meetings, correspondence, telephone, or other applicable technology.
- Responsible for clerical functions in all Operations Support utilizing computer programs (including but not limited to STORMS, PLM, ARCOS, PeopleSoft, PORD, Microsoft Office).
- Travel to other platforms to perform clerical work when the Company determines the need.
