Job Purpose
As a Solution Architect, you'll globally manage the requirements and scope of projects and programs, support the development of the quality of solution options related to network management.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of all solution architecture activities across Unified Technology Operations as part of the Unified Technology Operations Center (UTOC)
- Support the development of solution architectures, related to new platform solutioning, system integrations, automation engineering, etc. ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers
- Ensure that solution architectures balance functional, service quality, and systems management requirements
- Ensure that all appropriate standards are adhered to
- Communicate the technical design of a significant program and the rationale driving that design within the architecture and wider community
- Take responsibility for the technical integrity of projects, ensuring that common technical elements are recognized, and that work is not unnecessarily duplicated
- Assist in the development of service level agreements and any associated service guarantees
- Advise on appropriate quality standards and quality control processes, BSRs, etc.
Qualifications
- Relevant industry certification (e.g. CEng, CITP, TOGAF, IIBA, ISEB diploma) desirable but not essential
- 3-5 years of software development and/or support experience at an enterprise level
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills at colleagues, partners / vendors & project sponsors
- Experience in Network Management a plus

$82,000 - $100,000 a year
