As an Operations Clerk for our Service Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, and supporting the Service Manager in achieving departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records; Field customer inquiries and direct them to relevant personnel; Open and manage work orders as instructed by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman; Update customer profiles using information from work orders; Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
