Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Interact with patients and the community about health center services and programs
2. Support and assist clinical support staff on health programs/services such as community efforts, social determinants of health screenings, etc.
3. Generate and disseminate reports
4. Research, collect, and analyze patient health data to better address access and better health outcomes
5. Other tasks may be included
