Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support and assist staff, create educational health content
2. Work collaboratively with outreach to improve patient health outcomes
3. May work with the quality team to research, collect, and analyze patient health data to better address access and better health outcomes
Knowledge Required for the Position
Knowledge of AmeriCorps/Health Corps member requirements
Skill with Microsoft Office or skills involving a range of problem solving, record-keeping, and correspondence. Interest in community interaction.
