Position Summary
The Director of Enterprise Delivery is a senior leadership role focused on executing IT strategy and delivering large, complex digital transformation projects. This position serves as a tactical player who ensures the effective execution of IT initiatives, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level project management, stakeholder alignment, and driving business value through technology solutions.
The Director of Enterprise Delivery will lead a high-performing team across IT project management and quality assurance functions, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of critical systems and projects. This individual will also support the CIO in managing the IT department and driving efficiency across multiple technical domains.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the IT department delivers value-driven outcomes while fostering innovation and operational excellence. The Director of Enterprise Delivery will serve as a pivotal partner to the CIO, driving the organization toward its strategic goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Project Delivery and Execution :
- Lead the successful execution of complex system projects and strategic programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting business objectives and aligning with broader organizational goals.
- Develop and oversee project roadmaps for enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify risks and dependencies, mitigating them effectively.
- Digital Transformation :
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, modernizing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Promote and implement Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure scalability and continuous improvement.
- Leverage cloud, AI, and emerging technologies to innovate and meet business demands.
