Position Summary
The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and experience supporting payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Ideal candidates will have experience in third-party administrators (TPA), pharmacy benefit managers (PBM), or healthcare administration, with a strong understanding of complex pay structures, multi-state payroll, and benefits integration. The position collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to enhance payroll efficiency and support total rewards strategies.
