The Job Under the direction of the Division Director, primary responsibilities include assisting racers in navigating the rulebook regarding technical questions or directing them to NHRA Tech Support, coordinating the Divisional events for all Series and Track Operator meetings and Annual Awards Banquet.
Responsibilities
- Assist in budget planning and maintenance regarding events and general division and accounting procedures for the Division.
- Maintaining open communications and correspondence with all Division member tracks regarding license procedures, program outlines.
- Division website updates and articles.
- Answering general inquiries.
- Maintaining and transporting the Division Safety truck and trailer from event to event (CDL required).
- May supervise field staff.
- Assisting member tracks and Division office in better promotion of individual events and increasing overall awareness of NHRA benefits to both racers and the community.
- Continue to service and sell Divisional promotional programs and sponsorships and expand programs into areas or categories where they do not currently exist.
- There will be some administrative and clerical responsibilities.
