Job Description:
National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a skilled Wash and Detail Manager to lead our Nashville location.
This role requires a strong leader with experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations. As a Wash and Detail Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all RVs are cleaned and detailed to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. They must also be able to train and retrain employees using provided methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the RV valet and wash/detail departments
- Manage a team of valet/porters and third-party wash/detail technicians
- Schedule washing and detailing of coaches on the lot
- Ensure quality control checks are performed and units meet high standards
- Hire, train, and manage a team of RV valet/porters
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the valet department
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of customer service experience in a management role
- Prior experience in valet or wash/detailing or a related field
- Able to process paperwork (Windows Applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to follow processes and procedures
- Multitasking and excellent communication skills required
