Primary Responsibilities :
Reports to the Technical Services Team. Individual will be responsible for providing IT system and application support to NISC customers via phone, video calls, chat and / or e-mail. This position is up to 40 hours per week summer internship extending from May 2025 through August 2025.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop operating system issues, including :
Join PCs to Windows domains.
