Commercial Lines Account Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Agency Management System Proficiency: Become proficient in Epic, our agency management system.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Receptionist Duties: Learn and assist with receptionist phone responsibilities.
- Cross-Selling: Assist with identifying and promoting cross-selling opportunities.
- Account Renewals: Process account renewals efficiently.
- Account Audits: Assist insureds and producers with account audits.
- Branch Office Support: Provide assistance to branch offices as needed.
- Bond Assistance: Help with bond-related tasks.
- Remarketing Support: Collaborate with producers and insureds when remarketing is required.
- Team Support: Assist other account managers during their absence from the office.
- Education & Licensing: Maintain required continuing education and licensing.
- Office Attendance: Main office attendance is required, with potential for hybrid work options in the future.
- Work Hours: Expected work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to prioritize and manage time independently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in processing policies, endorsements, certificates, and other related documents.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with insurance carriers, ensuring their goals are met.
- Accurately maintain client information, ensuring all new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits are precise.
- Support in claims handling as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
