What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Agent position at National Insurance Services?
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent. Great individual and team goal oriented environment. Hourly pay: plus commissions and monthly bonus
Duties include:
- Calling prospects to tell them industry changes and setting up appointments. Sales experience is helpful.
- The Sales representative acts as the primary point of contact for customer setting up initial appointments
- This individual will communicate effectively with enthusiasm Customer Service Representative demonstrates the ability to effectively maneuver calls and overcome objections. Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication
- Reading comprehension

- Achieve monthly and individual team based targeted performance goals
Decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
Hourly plus commissions
