WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Senior Director of Transplant Programs, the Transplant Initiatives Manager will provide management and execution support for NKF’s transplant patient programming, partnerships, and initiatives. These efforts serve overall organizational goals to increase living and deceased donor transplants and increase access to donation and transplantation.
The Transplant Initiatives Manager will work closely with Programs, Corporate Relations, Government Relations, NKF field offices, and other internal teams to ensure clear coordination on cross-functional projects, providing project management, data analysis, process monitoring, and communications support. The Transplant Initiatives Manager can expect opportunities to work closely with external partners in the transplant and kidney spaces on diverse projects related to increasing transplantation, including research and grant opportunities.

Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. Available for occasional overnight business travel.
