Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bank reconciliation, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, tax filings, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Forecast financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis
• Experience in Pivot tables, etc. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, Quickbooks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
