Our client is a financial technology firm. They seek a Corporate Paralegal to join their Old Greenwich, CT office.

- Report to the senior corporate paralegal and complete a range tasks
- Produce corporate entity filings for domestic and foreign entities
- Draft corporate documents such as resolutions and officer certificates
- Prepare contract drafts, including non-disclosure agreements and license agreements
- Maintain electronic and hard copy legal department files/corporate records
- Facilitate contract execution process, including signature, notarization, and apostille
- Provide administrative support such as word processing and filing
- Support attorneys with research and other projects for multiple global offices
- Develop standard operating procedures and tracking tools to support processes
- Liaise with various departments within the organization as needed
- 4 year of paralegal experience
- In-house or corporate law firm background
- Experience supporting attorneys in corporate transactions
- Familiarity with foreign entities a plus
- Able to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines
- Resourceful, high attention to detail, and adaptable
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently
- Highly organized and analytical
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with document management systems a plus
