JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Estate Planning Paralegal in Brighton, MA. In this role, you will receive a competitive salary range of $75K-$100K and a comprehensive benefits package.

Role

As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will assist partners and collaborate with attorneys, clients and their financial advisors to implement estate plans and asset transfers. To give you a glimpse of this role, here is some of what you can expect to take on:

• Assist attorneys with drafting estate proposals, estate planning documents, and trust administration materials
• Support estate planning partner with all aspects of practice, including client meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist with estate and gift tax returns, intra-family loans, and asset transfers.
• Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to facilitate planning
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

The successful Estate Planning Paralegal applicant will have at least 5 years of estate planning experience, including drafting. Experience working with high-net-worth clients is preferred. Additional qualifications include:

• Strong trust administration and probate skills, including estate and gift tax returns
• Ability to communicate and write effectively
• Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
