Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Secretary. Candidates must have a strong sense of discretion, and be able to work as a team with attorneys. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting attorneys by performing a variety of administrative duties, including drafting legal correspondence, answering phones, and communicating with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.

Qualifications
- Experience working as a paralegal - legal secretary for at least 3 years
- Excellent writing, typing, and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English - written and spoken) a plus
