We are seeking a dynamic paralegal who is a highly organized professional to assist with personal injury defense work along with strong knowledge of No-Fault/automobile claims through the American Arbitration Association. The paralegal will handle drafting pleadings, summarizing and requesting medical records, drafting status reports, and conducting investigation on injury-based claims.

- Prefer 2-5 years of automobile, No-Fault or medical experience
- Outstanding proofreading, grammar, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently but well within a team environment, prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, manage and maintain a diary system of tasks, and perform well in stressful situations under typical tight deadlines
- Experience tracking and entering billable time would be a benefit
