Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PT

Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of corporate records for the company and its subsidiaries, including corporate filings, capitalization tables, minute books, closing sets, and data rooms
- Manage the execution of transaction documents, ensuring completeness and obtaining signatory authority as needed
- Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements, organizational documents, board resolutions, consulting agreements, and shareholder consents
- 6 years of experience as a corporate paralegal at a top-tier law firm with strong experience in corporate transactions or in a corporate legal department of an investment firm or operating company
- Experience in production/content/media environments is highly preferred but not required
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, paralegal certification a plus
