Our typical client is 50 years old or older, primarily female, a grandparent, on the conservative side, and has retired or is about to retire. Overview Of Position
We are currently planning to open a new location in Franklin, Tennessee and are seeking a full time paralegal for that office. The candidate must be able to effectively manage a high volume workload, be independent, organized, technologically savvy, and a self-starter, all while being on a larger team.
At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal is required. If you do not have experience with estate planning and probate in your prior jobs, do not let that dissuade you from applying, but we do prefer those with experience in this area. We take time to train you fully and make sure that you know the material.

Compensation

- Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
- Salaried position with compensation based upon experience level

- Assisting attorneys with managing caseloads
- Keep office organized and properly administered
- Draft estate planning, probate, and other routine legal documents
- Meet with clients to perform intake
- Answer phones and emails
- Able to answer routine estate planning and probate questions from clients
- Must be able to work on deadlines and keep up in face paced environment
- Create and maintain files
- Be able to keep track of income and expenses; general bookkeeping skills
- Manage CRM and task management systems
