- Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from letter of intent (LOI) through post-closing.
- Review and summarize leases, title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and environmental assessments.
- Draft and revise purchase agreements, easements, leases, closing checklists, and ancillary documents under attorney supervision.
- Interface with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and municipal offices to resolve encumbrances and ensure timely closings.
- Prepare and file UCCs, organizational documents, and conduct corporate and lien searches to ensure entity compliance.
- Assist attorneys in preparation for closings including assembly of closing binders and coordination of signatures and recordings.
