Blakeley Law Firm, P.A., is a fast-paced Plaintiff personal injury firm looking to hire a seasoned trial attorney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience litigating Florida personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence-based claims. This position requires 5 years of litigation experience with first chair trial experience.
Key Responsibilities
Trial attorneys are compensated with a base salary in addition to a bonus structure. The base pay is $250,000 with an estimated total compensation exceeding $500,000 per year including bonus.
We are a very busy firm with a large caseload so this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. This is not a remote position. Our firm requires all employees to be in the office Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of active litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with expert witnesses.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to secure the best outcomes for clients.
