Specific Responsibilities Of Position Include
- Full-time on-site role for entry level or experienced Paralegal in Mineola, NY.
- Preparation and delivery of real estate based commercial lending loan documents.
- Telephone and electronic communication with nationwide clients.
- Providing administrative support to attorneys.
- Providing organizational support to the legal team.
- Bachelor degree required, Paralegal Certification a plus.
- Must have a minimum of one year office experience.
- Strong computer skills required including Outlook, Word & Adobe.
- Clear & effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime.
- Experience in transactional real estate a plus, preferably commercial real estate
