About the Role
We are seeking a talented Director of Private Debt Investments to join our team and lead the development and growth of the firm's private credit capabilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in private credit, private equity, or a similar financial services role, with extensive experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, transaction execution, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and ensure timely, high-quality execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include leading a team, collaborating with senior management, internal teams, and external partners, originating and executing direct investments, working on partner-led investments, and identifying and assessing secondary credit market investment opportunities.
