The person will assist in the development of operational and capital budgets and evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes. Successful applicants will have the following background and attributes:
- Four-year degree (mining, engineering or comparable) highly preferred
- Five to ten years manufacturing experience preferred
- Five to ten years supervisory experience required
- Excellent team-building skills
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
- Results focused and customer oriented
- Total engagement with company principles (safety, people, profit)
- High energy level with motivation to succeed and grow with the company
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications and blueprints.
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
