Pack Out Associate

Packout Operator

Physical requirements include:

Standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing up/down, grip/grasping, twisting, reaching above head, lifting and carrying 50-80 pounds, use of hand tools, and other industrial equipment, must be able to tolerate and work in the cold and hot climate, and complete documentation of packout forms.

Essential Job Functions:

· General Labor skills needed

· Use of hand tools and power tools, experience preferred

· Retrieving finished products from production lines or storage areas.

·Accurately assembling items based on customer orders, including correct quantities and variations.

·Maintaining accurate records of packed items and reporting any discrepancies.

· Must be willing to working in an indoor building that is not heated in the winter or air conditioned in the summer

· Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury

· Maintain a clean and well-organized facility

· Other duties may be assigned as needed

Minimum Position Qualifications:

· 17 years or older

· Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred

· Initiative-taking and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.

· Ability to work inside/outside in all types of weather

· Willingness to be flexible and commit to the hours the workload demands

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

· Ability to meet strict deadlines

·Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members

·Ability to learn other areas sufficiently to fill in when/where needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour
