Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Email Management: Efficiently manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and draft/respond to professional emails on behalf of the Loan Officer.
- Client Communication: Handle borrower calls, provide initial information, and escalate inquiries as needed.
- Mortgage Document Coordination: Assist in gathering, organizing, and tracking loan-related documents to support the loan process.
- Pipeline & Task Management: Monitor loan progress and deadlines to ensure smooth transactions.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, to support business growth and client relationships.
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, reminders, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
✅ Proficient in calendar management & scheduling (Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar).
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication—able to draft professional emails with clarity.
✅ Experience in the mortgage industry is highly preferred.
✅ Understanding of mortgage loan processes, documentation, and compliance.
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
✅ Event planning experience is a plus!
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and scheduling tools.
