The Grants & Development Sr. Specialist is responsible for managing NNEDV’s grant portfolio, including securing new and continued sources of federal and private grant revenue. This position oversees compliance, reporting, and data management for federal cooperative agreements and private grants. The Grants & Development Sr. Specialist also collaborates with NNEDV’s finance and program teams to ensure grants are managed according to funder guidelines, supporting the organization’s mission through successful grants management. This role also develops and implements individual donor campaigns, coordinates fundraising events, and produces donor communications and reports. This position plays a key part in expanding NNEDV’s funding base and achieving fundraising goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Grant Management for Public Awards :
- Maintain and organize grant files for federal and cooperative agreement projects.
- Track multiple deadlines and coordinate with program staff to ensure timely submissions of grant reports and modifications.
- Draft, review, and submit quarterly and semiannual reports to federal funders.
- Manage all program requests for federally funded projects and track funder approval processes.
