What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician - MD Totco position at National Oilwell Varco?
The Field Service Technician’s role is to provide on-site technical support for Electronic and Mechanical equipment on Oil Rigs. Assignments as determined by their immediate supervisor which includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Escalations Service Calls and incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic tools and tracking tools. Track Company assets as required. In addition the Field Technician is expected to deploy and maintain computers & electronic sensors and systems in the field.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
