PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clerical support to the Quality Department.
- Mail out documents and maintain files for the QA Department.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile and produce data books for customer equipment.
- Ship applicable documentation.
- Scan and file quality documents.
- Review quality-related documents, procedures, and instructions.
- Review industry-related documents (ISO, API, ASTM).
- Review work order-related documents.
- Review supplier documents.
- Collect work order-related information as needed.
- Review calibration certifications.
- Interact with and support managers and supervisors as needed.
- Generate and maintain quality reports.
- Support customer feedback documents.
- Assist with NCRs and RCA.
- Use of company standard quality systems (PIMS, AIMS, RigOffice, CEF, Teamcenter, Tracker).
- Attend meetings as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Quality API or Oil and Gas Industry is required.
- Must be able to work onsite at the facility in New Iberia, LA.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Adobe Writer knowledge required.
- Quality Management knowledge required.
- Good organization and time management skills.

Pay: Up to $25.12 per hour
