Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: Seguin, TX (In-Office, Monday – Friday)
Pay Range: $16-$20/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing, and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to support our growing organization. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to develop leadership skills and grow within the company. The ideal candidate is a people person—friendly, confident, and ready to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Communication – Confirm addresses, send faxes, and manage mailings for our court and school clients.
- Administrative Tasks – Organize and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
- Technology & Software Use – Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and other digital tools to support business operations.
- Relationship Building – Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients, ensuring excellent service.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative – Take proactive steps to improve processes and assist in company growth efforts.
- Leadership & Growth – Demonstrate leadership potential with an interest in career development within the company.
Requirements:
✅ High School Diploma or GED (No degree required)
✅ Must pass a drug test & Background check
✅ Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
✅ Self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm
✅ Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work in-office, Monday – Friday
